**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Event and Floral Design Assistant to help with preparing for events, working during the events, and handling post-event cleanup and packing. The ideal candidate is ready to learn, has a keen eye for detail, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist in the preparation and setup of events
- Work during event days, providing support as needed
- Assist with floral arrangements and designs
- Handle post-event cleanup and packing of items
- Ensure all materials and equipment are transported safely
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
**Requirements:**
- Easy access to transportation; driving is a plus
- Previous floral experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong customer service skills
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, early mornings, late nights, and evenings
- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy items
