Bride wasn’t feeling green until she laid her eyes on …

My husband Patrick and I met at Penn State University. We got married on July 22nd at The Surf Club on the Sound in New Rochelle on a perfect summer day! Believe it or not, I was never a “green girl.” However, when I laid my eyes on Dessy’s vineyard green bridesmaids dresses, something magical happened. It was as if my wedding vision had sprung to life! I instantly fell in love with the vibrant, summer, green vibe, and I knew without a doubt that these dresses were the perfect choice for my special day.

Our founder Margot Rosenthal is credited with the veil and attendants headpieces in this Modern Bride photo at the Plaza Hotel NYC 1949.
