4-6 Servings
⚜️Ingredients 🔪🥣⚜️🔽
* 1 - 16 ounce bag - chopped kale
* 3 tablespoons - olive oil
* 3 slices - plant-based 🌱 bacon 🥓 chopped
* 5 cloves - garlic, peeled and grated
* 1/4 teaspoon - crushed red pepper flakes
* 1/2 cup - vegetable stock
* salt & ground black pepper, to taste🧂
⚜️Instructions 🥣⚜️🔽
1️⃣ Wash and dry kale. Set aside.
2️⃣ In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped plant-based 🌱 bacon. Stir occasionally until lightly browned.
3️⃣ Add grated garlic, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon until fragrant (about 30 seconds, careful to not burn the garlic). Add crushed red pepper flakes.
4️⃣ Add vegetable stock. Bring to a light simmer.
5️⃣ Add the kale in large handfuls. Stir, letting kale wilt slightly between each handful. Cook
4-6 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add salt & pepper to taste.
6️⃣ Serve and enjoy!

⚜️BBQ Jackfruit Recipe🔥🌱🗃⚜️
Preheat your oven to 400•F Degrees
Serves 6-8 Guests ♨️
⚜️Ingredients⚜️▶️
* 3 - 14 ounce cans - young green jackfruit (not in syrup or brine)
* 3 tablespoons - olive oil
* 1 medium - red onion, thinly sliced
* 2 tablespoons - brown sugar
* 1 teaspoon - smoked paprika
* 1 teaspoon - garlic powder
* 1/2 teaspoon - kosher salt
* 1/2 teaspoon - ground black pepper
* 1/2 teaspoon - chili powder
* 1/8 teaspoon - ground cumin
* 1 cup - BBQ sauce
* 2 teaspoons - apple cider vinegar
⚜️INSTRUCTIONS⚜️▶️
1️⃣ Rise, drain, and thoroughly dry jackfruit.
2️⃣ In a small bowl, add brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, salt, ground black pepper, chili powder, and ground cumin. Mix well and set aside.
3️⃣ Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil and jackfruit. Cook for 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally using a wooden spoon. The goal is to soften, break-up, and lightly brown the jackfruit.
4️⃣ Add red onion. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the seasoning from the small bowl. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5️⃣ Add apple cider vinegar and BBQ sauce. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6️⃣ Remove from heat. Place mixture into an ovenproof baking dish. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
7️⃣ Serve & Enjoy 🍽

⚜️For the Cheese Sauce ▶️
⚜️Ingredients⚜️⬇️
* 1/2 cup plant-based butter
* 6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
* 2-14 ounce cans unsweetened coconut milk
* 2 cups vegetable stock
* 3 tablespoons dijon mustard
* 1 cup nutritional yeast
* 1 tablespoon onion powder
* 1 tablespoon garlic powder
* 1 1/2 teaspoons smoked paprika
* 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
* 1 1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper
* 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
* 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
* 1/4 teaspoon aleppo pepper chili flakes
* 1/2 cup plant-based shredded cheddar cheese
⚜️For the Macaroni ▶️
* 1-16 ounce package elbow macaroni
⚜️For the Breadcrumb Topping ▶️
* 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
* 3 tablespoons Italian parsley, chopped
* 2 tablespoons olive oil
⚜️INSTRUCTIONS📝⚜️🔽
1️⃣ Add the vegan butter to a large pot. Melt on medium heat. When melted, use a wooden spoon to slowly stir in all the flour then stir vigorously for about 3 minutes. This butter and flour mixture is called a roux. 2️⃣ Using a whisk, whisk in the coconut milk and vegetable stock. Keep whisking until the mixture starts to thicken and comes to a simmer. (Whisk until there are no lumps.) 3️⃣ Whisk in the dijon mustard, nutritional yeast, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, ground black pepper, ground nutmeg, ground turmeric, and Aleppo pepper chili flakes. 4️⃣ Lower the heat to low heat and whisk continuously for about 5 minutes. Turn the heat off. Now your sauce is ready. You can prepare the macaroni. 5️⃣ Cook your macaroni according to package directions, but since the pasta will be baked, cook the pasta just enough to be firm in texture when bitten (al dente). Drain and rinse the pasta and place in a large mixing bowl. Add the cheese sauce and plant-based shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well and sprea

* ½ cup plus 1 tablespoon organic unbleached flour
* 1 tablespoon ground golden flax seed meal
* ½ teaspoon baking soda
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* ¼ cup lightly packed brown sugar
* 2 tablespoons coconut oil 🥥 liquid form
* 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
* ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
* 1 tablespoon unsweetened apple sauce
* ¼ cup natural style no-salt added peanut butter
* 3 tablespoons turbinado sugar for garnish 🤏🏽
⚜️ Instructions 🔪⚜️
1️⃣ In a medium sized mixing bowl stir together flour, flax seed meal, baking soda and salt.
2️⃣ In a second 🥣 larger bowl, mix brown sugar, coconut oil, pure maple syrup, pure vanilla extract, unsweetened apple sauce and natural style no-salt peanut butter. Stir until smooth.
3️⃣ Add flour mixture (dry ingredients) to brown sugar mixture (wet mixture) and stir until mixed.
4️⃣ Form dough into 10-12 equal pieces and shape pieces into balls. Press down slightly to make neat mounds.
5️⃣ Place the 10-12 mounds about 2 1/2 inches apart on an ungreased parchment 📜 paper lined cookie sheet.
6️⃣ Use a fork to press a criss-cross pattern into the mound - this pressing action will further flatten the mound into a cookie shape.
7️⃣ Sprinkle cookie tops with turbinado sugar.
8️⃣ Bake for 10-12 minutes. Let cool for 5 minute on sheet, then transfer to wire rack to cool.
9️⃣ Serve & enjoy 😊

⚜️PB&J Sandwich Cookies 🍪 ▶️
Sandwich no-sugar added grape jam or jelly in between two cookies 🍪

Instead of using a fork to press a criss-cross pattern, press down slightly to make neat mounds as directed above, then, for each mound, take a teaspoon of vegan 🍫 chocolate-chips into your hand and press the chi
