Congratulations, Xavier Rugby.

The Knights ended the 2026 rugby season, Xavier's 50th anniversary year, as New York state champions. They defeated Fordham Prep, 44-19, to clinch the title on June 6.

“My Xavier rugby career was definitely a great time, and I will remember it for the rest of my life," said James Allison '26. "This is definitely the best way to end it. I'm happy we're bringing the Tolkin Cup back home!”

A busy Sunday with three almost simultaneous livestreams - we were at for their Family Mass; we were at for their regularly streamed 11:30 Mass; and we were standing in the rain in Forest Hills for the Legion Continental Post #1424 - Forest Hills, NY.

Those marching in the parade in the rain remind us what Memorial Day is about. Remember those who paid the ultimate price for our freedom.
