The story of the rose. During my time in healthcare, I had the privilege of caring for a patient who grew the most exotic roses, and I couldn’t help but be captivated by this incredible passion. He had a special knack for cultivating them into stunning, rare colors and had even won awards for his beautiful blooms. My own business focuses on weddings, home decor, and special projects for various businesses. Yet, there’s something very special about Sola Enchanted Petals and Gifts I now feature all different and rare wooden roses. They have become the number one flower that people eagerly request from me. A rose carries deep meaning for so many, and I always strive to create something special for those who have supported my journey in growing this venture. Sola Enchanted Petals and Gifts is excitedly preparing to move to a new location. The purple 💜 rose below was lovingly given to the business owner of our future home, and like every rose, this one was crafted to be one of a kind, destined to bring a sparkle of joy.🌹💜

Flowers are such a special gift, often given to celebrate special occasions or just to brighten someone's day. Below, you'll find three pictures to admire. The first features a lovely pink wooden airbrush rose. In the second picture, you can see that same rose in a beautiful, fresh bouquet as shown in a post below. However, the third picture is where my love for wooden flowers truly shines. Even when fresh flowers eventually wilt and fade, my pink wooden rose will always be there to make me smile. It's hard for me to compare fresh flowers to wooden ones, especially when all of my floral inspiration comes from the natural beauty and unique colors found in real flowers.

"ALL WOODEN FLOWERS ARE THE SAME"

Actually, WOOD flowers can vary in price by a lot and look very different. Some ARTISANS paint on them and arrange them into a piece of art or keepsake. Some HUGE RETAIL places will have them out in a bouquet in a color or two. Both options are fine depending on your budget.

Some ARTISAN prices may be higher for a few reasons: quality of the item and how it is created. It's not impossible to create your own DIY bouquet; however, it also poses a lot of issues. The start-up in supplies, the time it takes, and the difficulties in trying to get it to all to come together can be overwhelming.

Being my own artist in this industry has posed a lot of challenges and difficulties to get a product to look gorgeous, none of my work stays the same. I enjoy creating. I enjoy my VERY UNIQUE WEDDINGS. These are the wood flowers you don't find in a huge retail store.

Many people often inquire about the origins of my wooden flower business. I always explain that it began when I received a gift of flowers to experiment with, which sparked my interest in pursuing it as a project. I still have that original arrangement, which is pictured below. In the second photo, you will see my mother and me. She often joins me at events and may be familiar to some of you. What started as a simple project she sent me in the mail has now blossomed into a business that she takes great pride in watching me grow as solopreneur.

🌻💕It can be hard to see the progress you've made in anything you do until you stop and take pride in where you are in life. These two bouquets, one from fall 2019 and one from last fall in 2023, may be demos but they remind me to keep pushing forward. There is so much art behind creating and the meaning in flowers. 💕🌻
