How To Marinate The Chicken
12-15 pieces of Chicken Thighs ( Thighs, Wings, Drumsticks )
2 tablespoon Green Seasonings ( check my video for green seasonings )
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp Mr. Dash
1 Tablespoon Chicken Bullion ( cube powder )
2 tablespoon olive oil
Into A large bowl add chicken and all of the ingredients mixed well marinate over night or at least 1 hour in the fridge. Take out 20-30 minutes before start roasting. Set Oven at roast / convection or 400 degree for 40-45 minutes keep checking until finish.

Ingredients For The Potatoes Wedges
6 large potatoes ( cut into 1 inch thick slice )
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp Mr. Dash
2 tsp olive oil

2 Pounds Sea Bass ( wild Caught )
6 Ripe Plantains ( Sweet Plantains )
1 package of sausage ( any sausage )
2 cups rice
1 quart chicken broth ( any broth )
1 /2 head white or purple cabbage
2 large carrots
1 pound string beans

How to make the marinate
1/2 cup mangoes ( half ripe )
1/2 pineapple
1/4 cup bell peppers ( colors )
1/2 onion
3 cloves garlic
1 stem of scallion
1 small piece ginger
2-3 fresh basil leaves
a small handful parsley
1 tsp thyme
1/4 cup olive oil
Add all of the ingredients into a chopper or blender and blend unto nice and chunky or smoothie, take 3 tablespoon of the marinate and add it to the fish alone with 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp cajun seasonings, 1 tsp Old Bay seasonings 1/2 tsp chicken or vegetable bullion mixed well place into a zip lock bag and marinate over night or at least a few hours into the fridge. Take out 20-30 minutes before cooking.

1 cup oil for frying
5 hero bread
3 tomatoes thinly sliced
1 head of lettuce
2 large white or red onions
1/4 cup Chipotle Sauce

Into a bowl add all of the ingredient mixed well.... you will take half of the mixed seasonings to marinate your fish and the other half to mix well into the flour.

How to marinate The Salmon

Add all of the ingredients in a bowl and mixed well take the mixture and brush it on to the salmon on all sides then place into the fridge for at least 1 hour. Take salmon out of the fridge 20-30 minutes before start cooking.

Bake the salmon in the oven at 400 degree for 10 -12 minutes and then change to broil and let the salmon cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. The same time you are baking the salmon you will also place your vegetables into the oven and cook for 10-12 minutes.
