Kristin and Andrew highlighted traditions from both their Korean and Italian heritages. For the Korean traditions, they had a paebaek, a traditional Korean wedding ceremony, that was emceed and designed by after their Western ceremony. Their save the dates and invitations also incorporated Andrew’s last name in Korean as a “crest” design. They even enjoyed some noodles during their private moment that represents a long and happy marriage!

I remember the very first slice of wedding cake I ate. It was the most heavenly bite of chocolate cake! Since then, I dreamt of having my own wedding cake from at my own wedding. We loved designing all of the unique, nontraditional elements of Angira and Jon’s wedding, especially their ceremony. Though brief, we still wanted to create a moment that was set apart. Surrounding Angira, Jon, and their Officiant, Aleks, with stunning florals created a distinct yet organic space for the intimate celebration

THIS is exactly how we feel about all of the details from Angira and Jon’s wedding! It was such a dream working with them to weave their two cultures together throughout the wedding celebration and collaborating with their amazingly talented florist, . The bride designed all of the day of paper items and we especially loved some of the smaller details like incorporating fruit in the dinner arrangements with the place cards that were sown with dried citrus! Thank you for perfectly capturing Angira and Jon, and their wedding!

In celebration of Seollal (Korean New Year) and Lunar New Year, I wanted to share the beautiful hanboks from .hanbok that my husband and I wore at our wedding. I dreamt of wearing one of Meehee’s modern hanbok designs for years! In her shop, I was drawn to the uniqueness of the skirt, and its colors ended up being the color palette for the rest of our wedding design 💜💙 Happy New Year!
