We catered a Farm to Table dinner for many friends and family tonight at the amazing Firefly Farm! Thank you Ben and Michelle for having us to your beautiful place and for all the wonderful veggies for Chris to work his magic with!! We were also blessed with our local awesome musicians The Bald Mountain Boys!! From the sounds of it, the night was a big hit!!

We’ve teamed up with the legendary Chris W***y of W***y’s Catering in Newark, VT to bring a full menu of food to the brewery! Hot meals from this culinary genius will be available on Fridays 4-8pm and Saturday 12-8pm starting on December 16th.
We have always prioritized the highest quality, locally sourced products, and now we bring you these same ingredients to the weekend food menu! And yes, veggie heads, we have made EVERYTHING on our menu available as a vegan friendly option. And it’s all freaking delicious!!

We had a wonderful time helping out our friends at Firefly Farm on Sunday evening. We prepared a five course completely vegetarian dinner served in their apple orchard this past Sunday.

Chris W***y served up this beautiful plate at our farm dinner in the orchard this past Sunday. This Vegetarian Napoleon featured our cornmeal, carrots, green beans, beets, bunching onions, cabbage, and green tomatoes. It was a spectacular summer evening of splendid food and good company! Huge thanks to W***y’s catering, Sara Lewis, our friends and neighbors who weeded, prepped, and served, and the community who dined with us!

It’s not all about work! I was fortunate enough to have spent time with good friends and family. Caught a nice striped bass on Monday, followed by finding some black morels on my cousins property in the evening. Finished off the meal with freshly foraged ramps!

Big night at the Inn at Mountain View Farm. It was a bit wet and windy, but thanks to our amazing staff and the staff of the inn, we pushed through serving 135 guests. Sausage wrapped in puff pastry, bacon wrapped scallops, mac&cheese popovers, cheddar & ham crumpets with cranberry marmalade, Italian wedding soup, cornish game hen, beef Wellington, maple bourbon glazed pork, mushroom and spinach strudel. It was a big menu!

It’s a busy weekend! Last night, a square dance rehearsal for 120 at the Inn at Mountain View Farm with a buffet of pulled pork, grilled chicken, and roasted fingerling potatoes. Topped the night off with apple crisp and vanilla ice cream. Tonight we will serve dinner for the wedding!

Braised beef Bourguignon paired with chicken roulade stuffed with sun-dried tomato and chèvre. Everyones favorite, bacon wrapped scallops and artichoke popovers to start. Finished with a spectacular sunset
