Friendly reminder for summer events & parties—while we love bringing joy and enchantment to your celebrations, we must also protect the safety of our performers and the integrity of our costumes.
💥 Our characters wear multiple layers, wigs, corsets, full makeup, and sometimes full-body mascot suits—and when temperatures climb, this becomes a serious safety risk. Heat exhaustion and heat stroke are real dangers.

These conditions are essential for us to safely and magically bring your experience to life.
