I’m going to start the ordering early this week because the last couple times I’ve got some late orders in when I’m running low. Please if you want a plate or multiple plates let me know in advance! I will honor people who ordered before the late orders! And when I’m out I am out.

Alright guys so the vote is in. I am sorry that we haven’t said anything we actually had an exciting week with the birth of our beautiful daughter. But we are home now and I would like to test the waters and see how many people want some Mamie’s this weekend..

The meal will be sliced brisket, Mac and Cheese, baked beans and potatoe salad!

Something light today for the family for dinner tonight. Pork shoulder I used mustard hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce as my binder, and I mixed it with my bbq rub. Gonna let it smoke for a few hours before I start to spritz every 30 minutes to build that beautiful bark! Let’s see how she turns out!

Coming back and better than ever! Unfortunately last year was rough losing my smoker and even the place where I was doing most of my work. Excited to announce that Mamie’s BBQ is back! Saturday September 10th I will be smoking up some deliciousness. Pulled pork, Mac and cheese, and potatoe salad $15 a plate. Perfect for a Saturday full of football! Message me privately for plate orders food will be done at 5pm for pickup! Delivery will be discussed based on distance! Selling until gone!
