Unconventional WODfare

Unconventional WODfare© is a competition utilizing some elements members of the military may face in training or combat. Some of those items used will not be disclosed until the announcement of the workout on the day of the event. You can train for every “What if” but there will still be some unknowns. ust count on one another to be victorious. All teams will be made up of 2 male/2 female. Team members do not have to be members of the same affiliate. There is no Scaled or Rx’d division. All competitors will use the same weights for all events. A percent of the event proceeds will be donated to Kids of Our Heroes. An organization, based here in the Ozarks, that helps children of fallen and wounded warriors. Event takes place at CrossFit of the Ozarks in Nixa, MO.
