Joel 2:26 describes a time when the Lord will bless those of His people who repent and return to Him in humility. It says "You wil

l have plenty to eat and be satisfied and praise the name of the Lord your God, who has dealt wondrously with you." Truth is, He has dealt wondrously with all of us, but many fail to see the truth. I want my business, at its heart, to be a reflection of that wondrous mercy and grace that Christ has given us. I will deal with my customers in honesty, and will strive to please as much as possible. If you give me the chance, I believe wholeheartedly that you'll be pleased with the outcome.

This week will officially go down as my busiest week ever in two plus years of running my charcuterie business! 🙌

Today’s pics are from a local mixer right here in Norman, and yes… there were THREE full tables overflowing with food and festive decor! 🧀✨ Crowd favorites were the goat cheese + honey + pistachio + fig jam combo, and my own home-baked sourdough and butter boards. I’m telling you… if you haven’t tried it, you don’t know what you’re missing! 😋

I’m tired in the best way, and so grateful for all the support that keeps weeks like this coming. One table down, two to go! 🫨

I’m late posting, as usual, but what a whirlwind Thanksgiving week it was—three days, three delicious boards, and so much fun putting them all together! Every board had its own flair, layered with bold flavors and thoughtful details. I love how a simple spread of meats, cheeses, fruits, and little treats can create a gathering spot around a table! 🥰 Thank you to everyone who trusted me to add a little extra “yum” to your gatherings. I hope everyone had a truly special and memorable Thanksgiving holiday! 💕

I had the fun opportunity to deliver charcuterie to two of my former employers this week, and it felt great to be back! I was so busy chatting and catching up that I forgot to take good photos before everyone started eating! 🤪 Always the sign of a good time and good food, right?

Both setups were a blast to put together, and it was really nice to see people I haven’t crossed paths with in almost six years—pretty much since my son was born! It truly was so much fun to chat with everyone while I worked. 🥰

It was a week full of food, familiar faces, and a lot of laughter. Here’s to more events that keep me busy in the best way!

Think you’re about to destroy a Thanksgiving Day buffet? How about this past Saturday, when we took grazing to a new level - 16 feet, to be exact! I betcha my spread is bigger than yours! 🤪

This wedding table was one of my biggest creations ever, and absolutely packed from end to end with all the good stuff — cheeses, charcuterie, fresh fruits, veggies, dips, crackers… even my own home-baked sourdough bread! You name it, it was there!

Watching guests light up when they saw it might’ve been my favorite part. 💛 Here’s hoping it got completely gobbled up! 🦃 And a big thank you to the bride for entrusting me with this task on her big day! I loved being a small part of the celebration. 💕

🍷 Girls’ night called — and we answered with cheese, meats, and filled-letter charcuterie! 💃🧀 Beautiful, bold, and bite-sized perfection for a night of laughs and celebrating friendship! We also filled a few other custom orders over the weekend — each one completely different and completely delicious! One of my favorite things about charcuterie is that there really are no rules — every board has its own style, story, and flavor! 💕🥂

✨ What a weekend! After creating a spooky, Halloween-inspired board on Friday, I jumped straight into two amazing events — and my kitchen’s been buzzing ever since!

💍 Saturday brought a dreamy grazing table for a beautiful country wedding, overflowing with cured meats, cheeses, fruits, and all the delicious details that made the celebration extra special!

👶 Sunday followed with a sweet charcuterie board for a “Sip & See” shower, welcoming a precious baby girl with super-tasty, pink-themed bites! 😍

From spooky to sweet to sophisticated — it was a whirlwind of creativity, and now I think I’ve earned a day to recover (or to clean my kitchen 😩).

Think food can’t be a little spooky and pretty? Think again! This customer treated her small business employees to a spook-cuterie lunch today, and gave me the opportunity to let the creative juices flow! I have to admit… I am a little obsessed with how this board turned out! 😍👻

This past weekend was a fun mix of food and creativity! I put together a spooky charcuterie box full of Halloween treats, and finally finished making my son’s Halloween costume - an armadillo! BTW - do you see the chest piece here? Comment if you can tell what it is! 😂 Two totally different projects, but both reminded me how much I love creating — whether it’s something tasty or something totally adorable! 🥰💕

Oh and the spookiest part of this charcuterie box is something you can’t even see! This was a cheese-free box at the customer’s request! Truly terrifying! 🤣🤪

Busy prepping for some weekend orders today, but I wanted to show off this little guy. After my charcuterie class last week where the ladies got to make their own mini boxes, he asked me if he could make one of his own. He woke up the next morning and that was the FIRST thing he asked about. And below is the end result, which he did almost entirely by himself! Charcuterie is definitely not just for adults! 🥰

Yesterday, I had the absolute pleasure of leading a charcuterie class with the sweetest residents of Sage Cobblestone right here in Norman. And wow—did we have a blast! And look at that photo - beaming the most beautiful smiles!!! 💕🥰 From sampling unique cheeses and goldenberries to indulging in almond butter cookies from Trader Joe’s (holy smokes those were good!), it was a delicious adventure from start to finish. 💕

We kicked things off by building a gorgeous group board together, then eating it! 😋 Then each guest got to design her own personal charcuterie box—custom, creative, and completely Insta-worthy!
