This table kinda gives off Christmas vibes because of all the green and red, but it was actually a 25th anniversary party put on by the sweetest hostesses you could ever meet! 🥰 It may be a bit of a picture overload, but I guess it matches the food overload!

Tried something new this weekend… a crudité platter! (Basically a board with mostly raw veggies and dips.) It took a little more planning, specialty shopping, and design, but it turned out so pretty! I’ll be adding it to my list of available products on my website soon! So if you thought this style of food was a no-go for vegans and vegetarians, think again! There are so many possibilities!

Yesterday’s table was for a wedding, garden party style! Think “Lord of the Rings” style Hobbit party, not “The Office” style garden party. (No thanks, Dwight.🤪) The table turned out beautiful, with dozens upon dozens of options to choose from. The hobbits would’ve had plenty for seconds here! Thanks to Nonna's Sweet Inspirations for partnering and proving some amazing sweet treats for the table! The flowered cookies were so perfect!! 😍 And congratulations to the happy couple - thank you for letting me be a part of your big day. 🥰

Need to feed a crowd? No need to stress… just give me a call! Today’s table was arranged by a couples’ daughter living in CO, for a grazing table in central OK! All she had to do was call and, p**f! Well, maybe not just “p**f”, but it WAS easy, with a couple of trusty helpers! 🤪 This was for 150 guests - sixteen feet worth of food! And congratulations to the guests of honor… a couple celebrating their 50th anniversary! That’s a rarity in todays world, certainly worth celebrating big! 💕

This past Saturday was great! One board for an 80th birthday party in Norman, and another box for superfan friends enjoying a Potawatomie Fire basketball game! BTW did you know that Shawnee, America has this great league-winning basketball team?!? You should go check out a game. I hear their announcer is the bomb!!! 😉❤️

Anyhoo, we tried some new things this weekend… whipped goat cheese with honey and pistachios, and caprese salad-type cups, marinated in olive oil, lemon juice, and herbs. YUMMMMMY!

So you think it’s the camera angle or is my hair massive in this pic? Oh well… big hair; don’t care! Actually this 80’s girl likes it that way! 🤪 I also like my charcuterie boards to be big and bold, with a few surprises on each one! I love it when customers come to me with questions about something they had never tried before! Let me put together a few surprises for you!

This was a fun one! This board went out as a late Christmas gift to the hubby’s coworkers. There is SO MUCH food here… the pics don’t do it justice! We had homemade candied bacon, banana bread, a truffle cheese, persimmon, sugared cranberries, and so much more! 😋 If you’d like to surprise someone with a special meal, this is the perfect option!

It’s been a busy few days at Amazing Grazing Tables & Charcuterie! Specialties this week? Candied bacon, homemade banana bread, sugared cranberries, a watermelon “cake,” and my very first edible wreath! December has been busy, but I’ve got free time in January! The family of this soon-to-be married couple will be glad they hung around town today! A family member treated guests to this spread at her home before the big event. What a great way to celebrate and feed a crowd! There was something here for everyone.

This weekend was special… a baby shower for my very own niecey-poo and her twin boys, who we’ll get to meet in the next couple of months! These charcuterie boards were perfect for the occasion. I kind of second-guessed myself with the radishes, until one of my cousin’s daughters couldn’t get enough of them! 🤣 Definitely something for everyone!
