Just a little sample Christmas menu to get the Holiday Cheer flowing!

[Sweet] Sugar Plum Fairy
Vanilla bean and orange zest syrup, fresh lemon juice, rum, and aperol shaken and served up. (orange zest and demerara rimmed coupe glass with a burnt orange garnish)

[Strong] Old (man winter) Fashioned
Muddled brandied dark cherry, demerara sugar cubes & peychauds bitters stirred with k**b creek rye. Served over ice with a flamed lemon peel.

[Festive] Cranberry Margarita
Fresh cranberries cooked orange peels and warm spices, fresh orange & lime Juice, grand marnier and reposado tequila shaken and served over ice. (lime salt rim and lime wheel garnish)
