It’s hard to photograph a 16ft table of cheese, and give it justice in its beauty! This pretty girl was for 200 hungry guests💛
My girl always comin in hot to help me execute the monster tables😍
People often ask me how long does one table take me…most parties I set aside 20ish hrs for. That’s client consults, menu, grocery planning, grocery stores, 3 days of prep, drive times, and 2 hrs on site. I think every caterer is different, but I try and make each party feel like my only party. I have been invited into “the best days of their life” it’s not just a Saturday for them, it will be a core memory, and that my friends is why the honor is always mine🩵

It’s been a fun filled summer☀️Yesterday was extra special, my sweet niece who comes for the summers to stay in OK asked to come to work with me! She asked on a weekend we had 2 parties in one day to cater😂 She’s only 11 years old, but has been cooking and creating with me in the kitchen since she could stand on a stool, so it was a day I’ll never forget. There’s parts of each graze table she created that I didn’t change and just allowed her to freely create💛 She’s a natural🤗😍

HELLOOO beauties😍🎉 social media wasn’t serving my highest self anymore, so I gave her up in January. {It’s brought me a profound sense of peace🤲🏼}
But as a business owner I need to pop on here every now and again. So fear not I’m still measuring with my heart and serving with my soul❤️ The heart of Oklahoma knows how to keep me busy and fill my love cup! When my military life, and civilian life intertwine it creates magic for me! I don’t share very personal info on here but I have been an Army wife for 15 years, and both my brothers are Army Rangers🇺🇸 It’s a huge part of who I am and how we live!

So getting to help celebrate a great man and accomplishment, is a true honor. Congratulations General Wyatt! Your journey and sacrifice to our nation is profound, and I cant wait to watch your leadership in this state continue to grow and move more mountains! Thank you🇺🇸🙏🏼

When you get your star I am 100% going to make everything I can star shaped😂👏🏼
We added pinwheels, antipasto sliders, and tortellini pasta cups(star shaped of course). One thing is for sure, two things for certain-soldiers like to eat, and need something a little heartier then meat and cheese with those beers😂

Happy 2023 beautiful people!
I have taken a break from social media the last part of 2022 and beginning 2023 to really sit down with Southern Willow and process where I want to take her this year. The food industry is a tough one, and in these times a greater challenge. As I navigate the ever changing industry I have decided to no longer accept or offer charcuterie board or box orders. My heart has always been in parties and graze tables. Boards and Boxes were a wonderful avenue to express my creativity and offer a food experience that brought people together in the aftermath of a global pandemic. Each served us well in that season, but all good things have a reason, season, and time. Moving forward I will be making Graze tables and large parties my top priority for Southern Willow.
You are incredible partners, and I am so grateful for each of you as my friends and trusting clients.

Christmas Charcuterie boards are live on the website! These will be available for pick up or delivery December 16th-December 23rd. I only have one option this year due to pre-booked holiday parties, and large events! It will be my best seller size-Medium(feeds 4-6 as an appetizer). These will be filled with all your favorites, and garnished with festive Christmas cutouts, and holiday inspired touches. As always bow wrapped, and personalized tagged if requested. ✨

Truth: They are still worthy, and delicious when out of frame, no ring light, or backdrop, and taken as a quick snap before, wrapping, bagging, and tagging for my client. ❤️

I got to feed 150 football boys on Friday! That my Dad just so happens to be the Defensive Cordinator for(my Dad is on the right) the Head coach for Southmoore(left) is an old family friend, and one of my Dads former students and players! Life came full circle for my Dad to get to coach with him! I was excited to get the call to do a meal for the Southmoore boys again this year! Holding that team a little closer to my heart now!

Fun fact about me. Both my parents are teachers, my Mom is an administrator for NPS. Due to this upbringing, and dedication to public schools, I spend 90% of my free time volunteering and coordinating several committees for my sons PTA. I have never charged a school full price, nor would I. Public education put simply has my heart. If I’m not serving you, I’m serving them.

I’ll never get rich in money at this job, it’s not who I am. But I’ll be rich in people, places, and smiles. That is more than enough for me, because I’m tella ya no one loves like a teacher does🖤

Had to try the viral butter board🧈I cant even count how many pictures and videos of these people have sent me the last few weeks! 😂 Which I love, and wanted to put my own spin on it.

I went with Strawberry Compote, orange zest and edible flowers on one side. This one was fresh tasting, slightly sweet, with a pop from the orange zest!

The other side is brown sugar and pumpkin pie spice🤤Reminds me of Thanksgiving. I always make a brown sugar butter for my Nana’s homemade rolls…as if we haven’t had enough calories. 🫣

Super fun for gatherings! I will definitely be trying savory next! You can really do anything on them, but a few tips I would take with you.
Use real butter, not table butter, grandmas margarine, or the gallon tubs. 😬I use for everything. The flavor needs to be good quality.
Butter is a fat, so it will need things to cut that heaviness. Citrus, jam, salt, honey, cocoa, spices ect…It will balance the flavor profile on your taste buds!

Milestone Boards are so fun to make, but it never fails to take 2 weeks, and 5 different craft stores to find the number or letter you need🙄🫣I decided to improvise this time and made my own out of a wood number! The paper mache ones get flimsy in the fridge too. This is why I have never added them to my website before. Fun and cute but not always practical for orders and needs. But this worked so much better and can be reused! 🙌🏼

Who knows maybe in the middle of all the madness of the next few months I’ll make all of them and add them to website😂🤷🏻‍♀️

A surprise party 400 miles away, 100+ guests, for a women who pulled up a stool and let me cook before I could even read the recipe cards. I have loved every magical creation in the kitchen since. 🤍

My extended family finally got the real deal this Christmas! My mom and sister help me so much with parties and deliveries ect they are also Charcuterie Queens, but My dad..I’m not sure even knows what I do for a living😂 love you! When you invite people over to “BBQ” do you actually mean Grill out or serve BBQ? We say come over for a BBQ, but that doesn’t mean there’s actually smoked meat there…usually it’s just simple burgers and dogs. The sides are usually for both as potato salad and slaw though😆But this BBQ was special. My baby brother left for basic training and this was his send off. He chose the menu, and I classed it up and made it special. I’m convinced Grazing is the only way I’ll serve up the fam🤣My family is large! This was served up for 25 grazers! Moment of silence for the beautiful summer fruit making an exit😭 Traditional Charcuterie doesn’t have much fruit or veggies. “Charcuterie” actually just translates from the French as an art of arrangement for cured meats and meats. I think it depends on the creator and their style/inspiration, and where we have taken that creativity is beautiful!
