Our Vision
If you had told us a year ago that we would be opening a commissary kitchen in Las Vegas, we would have told you (very politely) that you were crazy. Turns out that we’re the crazy ones!
In late 2016, we searched for a building that could house a sous-vide meat cooking facility that we planned on developing, and we thought we needed around 4,000 square feet. So, logically, we took out a lease on an old grocery store that was about 20,000 square feet and decided to start TWO new businesses instead of one. A sous-vide cooking facility, and a commissary kitchen. #ambitiousorcrazy
We’ve learned a lot this past year and have made some amazing connections along the way. Our goal is to provide a clean, safe, and spacious space for local food entrepreneurs to achieve their dreams and give them the tools they need to succeed. We’re still learning and growing, but our vision really is the same vision as our clients- an emphasis on consistent, sustainable growth.
