You know those wild, middle-of-the-night ideas that hit you like a lightning bolt? Yeah, this was one of them.

At 3 AM, I was staring at the ceiling, replaying everything 2024 threw at me—and suddenly it hit me: we ALL need a reset before the clock strikes midnight.

So I created the Noon Year's Eve Release Flow:
✨ Cosmic lighting.
✨ A ritual to let go of allll the baggage.
✨ Space to reconnect with your best, lightest self—ready to crush 2025.

It’s simple, raw, and exactly what I need to start the year right.

And because I’m an overthinker at 3 AM, I went all out: think sparkly hydration, celestial affirmations, and flowing under the stars (indoors, of course).

I’m hosting a 6-week class called Move Curiously: Beginner Yoga Magic—perfect for anyone who’s curious about yoga but thinks they’re too inflexible, busy, or just plain weird (spoiler: that’s the good kind of weird).

When: Wednesdays January 8th - February 12th 6-7p

Where: Be Loved Bodywork and Yoga

What we’ll be up to:

✨ Learn the basics of yoga and props without feeling awkward.
✨ Use yoga to tackle real-life challenges (hello, self-worth and mental exhaustion).
✨ Sprinkle magic into your daily routine with fun weekly challenges.
