Surf and Turf… Seared Prime cut Ribeye over a bed of Springvale’s saffron rice and perfectly seared scallops (in bacon fat) served with butter braised red cabbage and a quick cabbage slaw with the farms own bacon maple vinaigrette.

Paparedelle de Fungi… fresh paparedelle egg noodles, cremini and shiitake mushrooms seared with fresh rosemary, kale pesto vodka cream sauce, garnished with toasted pine nuts, grated parmigiano reggiano, and chive right out of the garden. Still hungry??? We added a heel of fresh baked Dutch Crunch garlic cheese bread topped with the same parmigiano reggiano, fresh thyme, and just a bit of nutmeg.
