Reminder that the Norway Music and Arts Festival that was scheduled for today in downtown Norway is postponed until tomorrow, Sunday, July 14th, 10-4.

Thanks for the patience and understanding! A lot of work goes into this event and moving it to the rain date was not an easy decision.

A lot of folks have been asking if the WFLT Triathlon is still on for tomorrow. Head over (rain or shine) to support this amazing event that completely sold out of spots!

We love sharing the day with the Tri and while the events typically compliment each other, our decision to move the event is based on several different weather factors that the Tri can continue on with while we cannot.

Thanks again to the community for understanding and we are wishing everyone a fantastic and safe time tomorrow for the 2024 Triathlon!

Tomorrow is the 2024 Norway Triathlon! Get ready to cheer on 130 individuals and teams as they compete for the coveted Norway Tri cowbell! A BIG thank you to .dog.timberworks for coming through with a trailer for the awards ceremony at the last minute- what an incredible sponsor! We will. E live steaming throughout the event tomorrow, so stay tuned. First swim wave hits the water at 8:00AM!

*IMPORTANT WEATHER & RESCHEDULE UPDATE*

We've been watching the weather closely and we are making the tough call to shift the Norway Music and Arts Festival to our rain date - Sunday, July 14th. We feel fortunate that we were prepared with a rain date!

Overnight the forecast shifted to call for a higher chance of rain (now 60%) and now also thunderstorms. Sunday is looking gorgeous and sunny, clear skies, and a little less humid than Saturday (although still pretty hot).

All of the scheduled events throughout the day Sunday will remain the same and we will continue to update through the day today if any of that changes/sharing updates from the main st. businesses.

We appreciate everyone being flexible with the weather and feel confident that this decision will give the best chance for everyone to have an enjoyable event!

Come and join us for a gorgeous day on Norway on SUNDAY, JULY 14TH! ✨

At 2pm in Longley Square we have another variety show with 🤸‍♂️

You don't have to run away to join the circus! Come out to see the Maine Youth Circus perform and maybe pick up a circus skill or two. The Maine Youth Circus is a social circus committed to empowering Maine’s youth through the circus arts. We use circus training and the universal language of movement to empower individuals and build community for youth of all cultures, abilities and backgrounds. MYC serves our growing and diversifying communities through classes, workshops, scholarships, and performances.

Corpus Chicanery is a genre bending musical experience, they tend to call it Junk music, Jazz meets funk! Corpus started in Portland, Maine two years ago but are now based in NYC! They are so excited to return to their roots in Maine and help “turn this party up to 11!”
