Hey everyone I would like to start by saying thank you all for your support in my new catering business. Thank You so much for sharing my page and telling your friends and family about my new company. No need to keep us a secret, keep spreading the word!

A few things I wanted to clarify:
⁃ Jay’s BBQ Exchange Is located in Novi, Michigan. But we’re only doing Delivery at this time due to Covid-19. I can’t stress enough that we are doing our part to keep you guys safe and happy.
⁃ We deliver to all Metro Detroit area with a $3.50 delivery charge.
⁃ Any deliveries outside the Metro Detroit area can result in an extra charge.

Menu options this week are:

Spicy or Sweet bbq ribs,
Rib & chicken combo
Smoked beef brisket,
Hickory brisket burger,
Smoked Kabasas

I would like to invite you on the beginning of my soulful culinary adventure. As most of you know I have spent years learning the art of food and what kind of foods make people the happiest. I’ve spent many years working in restaurants and perfecting my craft but there has always been something missing. What’s missing is YOU. That personal connection with each and every person I provide a meal for.

Weather it’s Thanksgiving dinner, Sunday brunch, or just a meal for the family after a long day of work, I can provide the soulful home cooking that brings a smile to your face. I am here to make sure whatever event you have in mind is all everyone can talk about.

My catering company is unique in the fact that I am here to bring nothing but the best quality meals from my heart to your table.
