Made some valentine day treats! The cupcakes are lemon raspberry with raspberry whipped cream, a chocolate filled with the raspberry coulis. The coulis is inside the cupcake. The chocolate hearts are brownies cut in half filled with chocolate mouse and either raspberry, peanut butter and caramel and dipped in chocolate with whipped cream along the sides.

Sous vide salmon with seared porkchops on a green goddess sauce with roasted zucchini on the side.

Homemade triple berry ice cream in a chocolate ball with Homemade sea salt carmel on top with orange zest granola.

I am a private chef and catering company located in Oak Harbor. Contact (360)320-0424 or [email protected] to set up an event! Customizable menus. Can bring equipment and utensils to your house. I have access to a building for catering. All food made out of a inspected kitchen!

Hey guys, sorry for not being fully active online this summer. We did about 10 orders this summer! I'm going to be working on a menu that I will be posting later. Potters Catering is going to try to move towards suiting everybody, we are now offering desserts along with the entrees and side dishes :).
