I had a marvelous day yesterday at the Ruritan Club's Community Park Christmas Tree lighting this year in Butler, Tn. I adore the Butler community and had an amazing time even having a chance to play with the younger children! I'll get pictures from Mrs. Claus and get a few of them posted here on my page soon.

I very much had the pleasure of doing business today with three wonderful local businesses here in Oak Ridge, Tn that are fantastic!

The first was Shear Perfection Oak Ridge TN, the lovely ladies there always take great care of helping Santa stay looking like Santa.

The second is CAR FIX Oak Ridge, out on the turnpike. They have worked on all of my vehicles now and are the best mechanics I've found yet!

On the way back in is my all time favorite new restaurant, Chicago's Own! I'm going to spend the rest of this year grazing through their menu and loving this place! Catch me here once a week and if you ever get that interested, give me a shout-out here and I'll let you know when I'll be there hanging out!

Well it is coming towards the end of January and a lot has been happening! I will be attending the International Santa Celebration at the end of April in Atlanta, conducted by the IBRBS. What a wonderful chance to meet so many other amazing men and women in the Christmas community! I am really excited about that. I am going to try to get enrolled in the Northern Lights Santa Claus School being held in that area the previous week.

In an effort to be the best Santa Claus that I can be, it is important for me to strive to continuously work to improve my Santa portrayal. This year is going to be a busy year for me in that I will be taking all of the live courses online starting in February with the Santa Claus Conservatory and the Worldwide Santa Claus Network. Ed Taylor's school was the first online school I found when I started last year and a fine foundation for me to have begun this passion.

I am also enrolled and will be attending Stuart Deacon Jr.'s online Santa Claus Workshop for video production and his excellence in portraying Santa Claus with his Santa Claus Initiative program. I've joined the Santa Claus Workshop as well. They have a ton of resources and training material as well as a great community to continue to develop my Santa Claus portrayal.

To top all of this off, in September, I will be in Midland, Michigan attending the World's oldest, most respected Santa Claus School, the C.W. Howard Santa Claus School. Many folks consider the C.W. Howard school the Ivy League of Santa schools! Needless to say, I'm so excited!

I am also keeping an eye on the SatBoBs Santa school to see if they are going to put together a school in Chattanooga, Tn this year. I may attend that as well. I'm also putting together a podcast to talk about this adventure. So stay tuned! This year is going to be interesting!

I wanted to take a moment to wish everyone a happy new year! This is going to be a wonderful new year as I begin to work towards launching several new projects this year. My first project, a behind-the-scenes YouTube channel for my Santa Claus community and friends will be launching soon. I'll keep everyone posted as I get close to launching that channel.

There will be a whole lot more information coming soon through my YouTube channel and through Facebook here. I can't wait to bring some of these things to fruition, so stick around, this Santa is doing so much more while building for the next Christmas season!

What a wonderful season it has been to get here to Christmas day! The smiles, cheer, excitement, and every emotion one could possibly handle culminating in a cathartic and serene Christmas morning. The love I've been blessed to have experienced throughout the season is profound. I'm left pondering the magnificent and awesome love that God must have for all of us that He sent His only begotten Son! How mighty that love must be!

Thank you so very much to my family and friends who have supported me and made this season possible. Thank you to all of my new friends who asked me to be their Santa Claus this year! I sincerely hope that I was able to help bring you the Christmas magic this year! Have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

I had an absolutely wonderful time today at Compassion Closet visiting with several wonderful families! Folks, these are some of the best people you can imagine! They are miracle workers, bringing cheer and hope to foster families and children! I can hardly express how amazing these folks are and how amazing this organization is! I hope to be able to return year after year if they will have me! Please spend a few minutes and throw them some support, they are truly a worthy organization. For my friends that are following my Santa page here, thank you so very much! The Santa season is in full swing and I've been booked for an event in Kentucky that sounds like a wonderful time! I'm truly looking forward to the weekend of the 18th!

And I go to create my first Facebook advertisement for my new business and immediately get my advertising account locked. I just gave them a credit card for a little advertising and pow, they locked me down for suspicious activity! They're right, allowing Santa to advertise on Facebook, why that is truly dreadful! Ho Ho Ho, hehehe I can't help but find this entirely funny.

Well the season is definitely upon us and I'm getting several inquiries for various dates and times. First to book will lock me in for those dates, so if you're looking for Santa and you want to secure his presence for your event, consider doing so quickly. Santa's time gets booked up fast!
