There were so many people who reached out Tuesday, I feel I need to make this post. The shows this season will ALWAYS be at the Beyer Home Gazebo, unless there is heavy rain and bad weather coming in. I will try to make a post by 4:00 pm on the day of the show if we will be at The Garage. But if there is no post, the shows will always be at the Gazebo as planned. Hope this helps. Thanks everyone! 😊

Green light everyone. The grass and ground are dry. Please park according to the picture to create more spaces for everyone and help everyone park a little closer! Thanks!

Hey everyone! Steve here. Thanks for all the excitement about Season 6! The team works diligently every year to come up with new ideas to make things easier and a better experience for everyone. Here is a little scratch drawing of the main road where everyone parks. If you can see the black lines I quickly drew… if everyone could park north and south like this in the grass, instead of east and west on the road, we could create a lot more parking spots! On the north side, don’t park in the trees, as most people sit in there for shade. Start the parking on the north side after the trees. Please check it out and tell your friends! Thanks!

Random important info… for the time being, if there is heavy rain in the forecast, we will be doing shows at The Garage Bar on Main Street. Still BYOB AND CHAIRS. I asked John if I could meet with him, he agreed, so John and I met and I pitched him the idea. John was very welcoming about it and he said it was a great idea and would absolutely be interested in helping out in our scenario. John even said, if you wanna come early and grill burgers, go ahead, just clean up after yourselves. No drinking on the sidewalks. But feel free to enjoy yourself anywhere on the property. Local business man stepping up to support the cause. Thanks so much John O’Neil! So if you go to the Beyer home and no one is there, we will be at The Garage! ❤️

I originally posted a better way to park for the events, to get more cars in, so people don’t have to park so far away. But it’s a little wet out there. We haven’t had an event yet, so this wasn’t caused by us, but we can’t have any cars making ruts and messing up the lawn like this video. So if it stays wet, we will all have to park on the road until it dries up.

Well. With the first show being less than 2 weeks away, we are going to need everyone to pray for some hot days and dry weather to dry this place up. Got a little rain recently ☔️

Answers to some common questions:

1. Yes you can bring your pets out, if they are on a leash, in your control and you make sure they do their business before they get there and you pick up after them if there’s an accident. 🐶 🐾

2. Yes you can bring a pop up cannopy to protect yourself from the sun or a sprinkle, but please, be mindful of people’s veiw of the stage. Place them off to the sides or far enough out to not block anyone’s view. Not directly down the middle up front.

3. What kind of music do the bands play? Good music. Ha.

4. Yes, you can bring your own cooler, drinks, food, blankets, chairs.

5. Yes, the shows are kid friendly, but if your kid is running around screaming at the top of their lungs, please ask them to keep it down so the people can enjoy the concerts.

6. Yes, food trucks are possible this year and in the future. Working out the details on that behind the scenes.

7. The bathrooms inside the museum will be open to the public again.
