✨ YOU ASKED. I LISTENED. ✨

For the last few years, I’ve had so many of you tell me that you loved the idea of fall photos—but wanted something a little more neutral and timeless. Something you could actually print, frame, and hang in your home year-round, instead of having a super “fall” backdrop living on your walls for 11 months of the year. 😂

So… this year, I listened. 🤎

This is our neutral fall setup—warm, cozy, simple, and designed to feel just as beautiful in your home in January as it does in October.

And I’m not done yet. 👀 I’ll be adding even more lights and finishing the little details, and then you’ll have THREE completely different vibes to choose from:

I photographed Jake & Jena's wedding while heavily pregnant with Cooper, back in June of 2020. Somewhere between then and now, they apparently decided that no one else was allowed to take their family pictures. 😂
They told me they haven’t had family photos done because they compare everyone else to me and just couldn’t bring themselves to have anyone else do them.
Honestly? I’ll be riding that compliment for the rest of my life. 🥹

So, when we were all together at the lake for our annual family reunion, we decided it was finally time to fix that and squeeze in some pictures.
And may I just say, I love this stage of life we’re in!

Growing up, Jake was one of my "big" cousins, I was in a weird age gap with hardly any cousins my age, but there was a large group of "big cousins" about 5-10 years older than me - they were more like brothers, and were sure to include me in some of milder the shenanigans. Somehow, the timeline evened out and now we get to raise our babies alongside each other. I couldn't be more grateful for that. I have adored Jena since the moment I met her, I cherish these boys deeply, and I absolutely love getting to watch our families grow up together.
From running barefoot with their daddy around this lake years ago, to celebrating their wedding on the shores of this lake six years ago, to now chasing our own wild babies around it… life really does have a funny way of bringing you full circle. And Eufaula has been the center of some of the greatest memories of our lives.
I’d say these were worth the wait. ❤️

Some sessions feel a little more special. ❤️
I went to high school with this handsome guy, and somehow here we are years later—he’s leading worship like he's always dreamed, his beautiful wife is pouring into my son at school, our kids are classmates, and I get to photograph the sweet little family they’ve built.
And if you know this family, you know exactly why I adore them. They are some of the absolute sweetest souls, and their girls are every bit as wonderful as their parents.
We had grand plans for their Ranch visit, and then Oklahoma decided to remind us who was actually in charge. 😂🌧️ The rain cut our session a little short, but thankfully these wildflowers were NOT about to let a little weather steal their moment.
They showed off. BIG TIME. 🌸
So we may not have gotten every photo we planned on, but we got laughter, a little rain, two precious girls, a whole lot of love, and one pretty freaking stunning evening in the flowers.
I love when life circles back around in the sweetest ways. From high school hallways to watching our kids grow up together… and now getting to freeze these moments for their family.
What an honor. ❤️

Some places are beautiful because of the view.
Others become beautiful because of the memories you make there.

The Glossies? Well… they gave us one hell of a backdrop. 😮‍💨
But honestly, the best part of this session was getting to watch this family just be together. Laughing, exploring, climbing, playing, and making the kind of memories that matter when a new chapter is waiting just around the corner.
Their time in Enid is coming to an end, and with a relocation ahead, there’s been a lot of bittersweet feelings about leaving. So when Mom told me this was one of the best times they’ve had in their time here… well, that one got me. 🥹 Excuse me while I go cry in my camera bag😭 And these kids? They absolutely stole my heart. They connected with me so quickly, and by the end of our evening, I think we were all a little sad that we only had this one session.
To the man who serves our country and the family standing beside him: thank you for the sacrifices that come with this life. 🇺🇸 The moving. The goodbyes. The starting over. The constant unknowns. Military life asks families to build a home wherever they're sent, knowing they may eventually have to leave it behind.
So here's to one last Oklahoma adventure, one unforgettable sunset, and a whole lot of memories to take with you into whatever comes next.
I'm honored I got to capture a little piece of this chapter. ❤️

We saw a fire truck and apparently decided it was now part of the session.
Definitely the highlight of her Sweet 16 🔥

Big shoutout to this Lieutenant for sacrificing his recruit for the birthday photo op. 🚒🔥
