Open 11-7 Thursday!! White bean chicken chili, chicken alfredo, cream of mushroom soup, ham and beans w cornbread bake and fried potatoes, grilled rueben sandwich… after 4:00 I will have beef stroganoff and chicken spaghetti!! Please come see us!!
So this sweet husband of mine…. When he said his vows not even 18 months ago I think he thought there’s no way crap would break down all the time….he literally vowed to keep my ovens up and running… he didn’t promise the other stuff…. Like hot water heaters!! He thought he struck gold marrying a restaurant owner bahaha little did he know!!! Lots of exasperating moments later we’re up and running tomorrow!!

Hot water tank is still out we’re boiling batches of water and sanitizing to catch up for tomorrow. The plan is to be open from 11-7 all day tomorrow w a lot of great food!! We have a ton of groceries we need to run thru Thursday and Friday I hope you will join us! I’ll post thd list later this afternoon. Thank you for understanding and please know this isn’t how we want it to go but I don’t want to compromise anyone’s safety or get in trouble w the health dept. 🤪

Booooooo what a crap day!!! We won’t be able to open as my oven is burning everything and my hot water tank is spewing water…. We can deal w one of the stressors but not both! Hopefully my fix it man (husband) has some tricks up his sleeve when he gets done working his real paying job…. I hate missing out on the business!

Finally the fall weather I LIVE for!! Check out these mushrooms brought by the restaurabt yesterday!! You can expect an amazing mushroom soup/dish on Tuesday! I need to sell about 100 more meal preps for Monday! It’s a perfect menu!!! If it isn’t for you will you please pass it along? There’s also soups available! Thanks!

Here’s meal prep! I will be calling on you all to help w donations if funding doesnt come thru for SNAP benefits November 1…. I have some ideas and a few plans in motion, but don’t want to jump the gun collecting until we know for sure….

Fantastic menu for meal prep tomorrow!!! I’m going thru orders now! The wine braised beef tips w Alfredo pasta is in memory of my dad, thinking of him on his heavenly birthday today. When we were older teenagers he started making this dish and called it bat wings and Alfredo. Of course it was boxed pasta and we would NEVER!!! But it’s sooooo delicious and such a great fall dish and food combo. He was super proud of me and this little restaurant.

Yeeeeehawww it’s a BEAUTIFUL DAY!!! I’m trying my hardest to not work today, however I’m about to enjoy my maiden voyage at the new Trader Joe’s then football fun and pumpkin fun!! I’m delivering to East Moore this week if anyone wants delivery!! I’ll go thru orders tomorrow morning !! 💙💗
