Cue the Trumpets 🎺 - We have an Announcement! It is with great pleasure that we introduce Our Journey into Real Estate! We are excited to add this new tool to Our ever-evolving belt and look forward to utilizing Our existing skills. In that, We take a look back in time…..reflecting on Our past Experiences and how they will set Us apart in this Fabulous New World…
* We have worked in High-End residential spaces (can you say White Glove, Multi-Level Townhouses!), and with insanely elevated brands - Yes, that’s Carrie & Mr. Bigs “Nirvana” NYC apt. from SATC and Madonna’s Swarovski encrusted Bra - thinking back, I still get chills knowing that it passed through my hands for this Retrospective.
* We know a thing or two about Hosting, how to Stimulate the Senses and how to Engage in Creative Ways - like when We flooded this NYC apartment with fragrant wheatgrass and live greenery to evoke the crispness of Cloudy Bay wine…OR when We made a spicy table runner from TAZO tea ingredients and sent Guests home with personalized recipe boxes… OR when we erected a mini orchard inside for guests to pick apples from an actual Ge**er Family Farm!
* We have access to THE BEST vendors - Furniture Flippers and Rentals, Interior / Exterior Painters, Artists, Florists, Caterers and Interior Designers. Check out this insanely fresh, shucked-on-site, Oyster spread, - presented on a bed of ice and wheatgrass - again, from a Cloudy Bay event.
* We can Stage Spaces that create Lifestyles, help Envision (with tools such as Moodboards and Renderings), and are Chameleons of Style. We know Color, Light and Space. We LOVE THE HUNT and have a Collection of Styling Items begging to be shown off. An Example? When we shopped NINE different HOMEGOODS stores throughout New England - selecting EVERY SINGLE item Personally. These needed to be put together in a Meaningful, Cohesive way, that not only showcased Product, but reflected the Styles of 3 Celebrated Social Media Stars. Can You say D.R.E.A.M.!?
* Finally…We Actually Care - Our home is our Baby - a place for Love, Warmth & Safety - where Memories are created - Ever Evolving…Just like US! ❤️

Ho! Ho! Hollly Night✨✨We are Getting Close to the Big Day 🔔& Bringing you Tales of a Tree - the Centerpiece of any Christmas Gathering.🎄🎄🎄So, Happy Festive Friday and Enjoy our Tips Below!

1-3. Match Wrapping Paper to your Tree & the Tree to Your Space. Having a Bundle of Gifts 🎁 Under the Tree that continues the Theme just Creates a Beautiful Build Out. If you have a Room with Blue Accents, use Blue Lights and Other Decor. Tree in the Nursery? Insert Rubber Duckies 🐤 Only one Tree and Kiddos? Take a Note from MY OG of Xmas, Mother Couture 🧑‍🎄, and alternate between a “Kid Tree” and “Adult Tree” Annually - For example, Cartoon Ornaments and Multi-Colored Lights 🌈turn into White Lights 🤍 and Glass Baubles each Year. Everyone Wins! ❤️💚

4-6. Play with Pairs & Variations. Cardboard, Wire and Homemade Birch in all Different Shades. Create Groupings for Greater Impact or use Ceramic and Other Minis down the Center of Your Table. 🌲🌲

7-9. Add Props, Levels and Pull Color Out. I have an Apparent Obsession with adding Foot Stools to the Base of Trees. I use them to Elevate Gifts, Decor or Hoist up Droopy Branches 🙏(not Today Santa 🎅 - Not Today). Whatever Scheme is Happening on Your Tree, should be Pulled throughout the Space - Fill Bowls with Ornaments to Disperse, Add a Simple Throw or Pillows to the Sofa 🛋 or Wrap some Coffee Table Books with Paper to Compliment - Sleigh baby Sleigh!! 🛷 🛷

Festive Fridays are Back! So Let’s Gooo Ho Ho! 🎅 This week we took to the Outdoors to Showcase how to utilize Found Objects & Create a Display that not only Shines at Night but During the Day as Well! ⭐️Here are some Tips to Make your Exterior Pop! 🍾

1. Take Ordinary Decor and Make it Holiday. We had these Great Topiary Pups from 🍃 that I Dressed with Ornament Collars and Paired with Vintage Snow Shoes ❄️
2. Level Up and Contain - During this time Fallen Trees are Aplenty! Take larger logs and use them to Create Various Levels for Smaller Decor. Use old Baskets, Vases or Crates and Fill them with Ornaments to Nestle within Displays - There are Affordable, Outdoor-Friendly Plastic Ornaments Everywhere from to Choose Options with mixed Finishes - Matte, Shiny and Glitter! ✨✨
3. Create your Own Garland & Experiment with Light!💡Find a fallen Tree and Make your Own Garland! Simply Zip Tie Individual Pieces to your Structure Until you Reach your Desired Fullness & Finish with Ornamnets.💚♥️ Don’t Confine yourself to String Lighting - think Snowflake Projections for Movement, Flood Lights to Highlight Props and Candlelight...ALWAYS. I Throw the Yule Log 🔥🪵 on the TV which can be seen from the Street - Glow baby Glow!! 🌟🌟🌟💚❤️

Welcome to Festive Fridays! ❤️💚✨Every Friday until Christmas we will be Posting Holiday Home & Entertaining Inspiration! First Up, The Ghost of Christmas Cards Past...This week I found Myself Utterly Annoyed with how many Holiday Cards I had Leftover from Previous Seasons - Ohhh the Wasted Paper 😱 Ohh the Wasted Art 😱 THE HORROorr!! THE HoRrOrr!! So I Pulled up My Plaid & Got to Work on Creative Solutions...Flip Through to See The Results....

1. Cut Those Critters in Half & Use them as Place Cards for your next Holiday “Donner” 🦌🦌

2. Sub them in for Those Typically Pricey Name Tags ✋💰

3. Use them as Ornaments - they fill Holes, Add Interest & Can be Used to Leave Messages to or From The Big Guy🎅🎅 p.s. Punch Your Holes on Alternating Sides so You Create Dimension 🙌

4. When all else Fails - Frame It! ❤️ Replacing existing Photos is Easy as it Comes & Can Totally Make your Holiday Game Shiny & Bright ✨✨ ✨
