I had a chance to partake in this amazing opportunity to prepare lunch as a guest chef for a private members club lunch at a French restaurant in West Omaha! We made crawfish egg rolls & gumbo as the appetizer (Cajun honey beurre blanc was added after the pic for the rolls🙃). The main course was grilled salmon & shrimp with a bourbon reduction, mixed veggies and mashed potatoes topped with micro greens for garnishing. The lemon pound cake & date bars for dessert are not pictured. Super honored for the opportunity, everyone loved it! I love what I do! ❤️

Hello all! Firstly, I’d like to thank you all for continuing to support Tip Top Takeout & Catering LLC (with every share, like, comment, recommendation, purchase, etc) as I figure out which direction I’d like to take in my culinary path!

Now just to update everyone:

1. My entire menu is now PREORDER only, which means I will not any longer accept same day requests. Accepting orders same day have become more than I’d like to take on - as this is a one man show for now!

2. This menu is available Tues-Sat starting at NOON (excludes catering & personal chef experiences)

3. Delivery is (has been) available, price depends on location.

4. Sides are interchangeable on meals, which I have also added a few!
