Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays from our family! This year has been monumental with a graduate, a new freshman, and a sweet new healthy baby boy! We are blessed and thankful for that and sorry for our busy schedule. Hello family, we really did hope and plan on being at the Charis Bible College family event the first week of July, but this year we will not be able to make it. At one point we believed we were coming back for good but things just shifted, as y’all know life happens. We miss Colorado and hope possibly to attend in the future. What’s changed recently? Well, we are having a baby boy , due Aug 14th!

That being said, if we have any interested parties that may want to operate a “The Skinny Taco” of their own we wouldn’t mind a conversation of starting a franchise. It’s not official but having someone that may be interested would jump start our motivation on getting it done.Thanks for being loyal fans on our wild ride of life❤️

We are a family owned and operated restaurant with a small Market inside. We moved to the area out of faith. We moved from DFW, Texas in November 2019 to restart our lives and have more passion and purpose. We love the area so much and we are so thankful to be here. It is so beautiful and everyone is very welcoming. We remodeled for months and still have so much vision for this place.But it was time to invest in the tacos. We have prospered from Word of Mouth and we are very thankful. Locals know that Bust has been a bust for some, but we believe in the future of Bust. We are unique in our cuisine compared to the area. We offer more of an authentic type street taco, rather than an enchilada plate (which we do love). We use high quality ingredients like meat that comes from the local butcher, and coconut oil for the fryer. We like to speak to everyone that comes in and enjoy learning about the area. We have three days off for our family time and personal life. Our hours are Wed-Friday 10-2 and 4-8 and Saturday 10-8. We appreciate all the support and we look forward to serving the community for many years.
