Why Host your Baby Shower at GCPS EVENTS AND MORE,LLC

The traditional approach when holding a baby shower is to host it at home. But no one said you had to stick with tradition, and there are plenty of good reasons why you should consider hiring a dedicated event space for your baby shower.


1. Chief among them is avoiding all the tiresome cleaning work that hosting a party entails — not just cleaning up when the party is over, but getting your home in optimum shape to host guests in the first place.
2. Location matters (and so does size) with this in mind, GCPS EVENTS AND MORE,LLC has simple and convenient access for the expectant mom. It is also located in an central location for guests, and has ample parking.
3. You’ll also need to work out the guest list early so you have a rough idea of how many people will be coming. This will allow you to invite 50 of your closest friends and family. GCPS is an ideal space for a intimate baby.
4. Facilities and amenities:

* Will you need any sound equipment for speeches? We do have a Bluetooth Speaker that is included in rental.
* Are there flexible seating configurations available? Yes you are welcome to arrange seating to best accommodate your needs.
* Is it accessible for people with disabilities? Yes we are accessible to people with disabilities.
* Can you decorate the space? We love seeing all of the creative way our clients decorate the venue.
* Does the venue offer tables and chairs with the booking? We offer 12 tables and 50 chairs.
* Is the space air-conditioned? We have central heating and cooling systems.
* Does the venue allow you to bring in food or have a cater? What’s a party without food.. help yourself.
* Does the venue require a deposit or payment in full when booking? We do require a deposit but you are welcomed to pay the full fee upfront.
* Do the venue offer packages or any discounts that you can take advantage? We do run specials and packages.. so please ask at booking.

The guest list, the theme, the decor, and the entertainment are all important, but one of the biggest decisions you’ll have to make is choosing a baby shower venue. The venue sets the tone for the shower right from the start, and finding the perfect spot can make the day extra special for the mom-to-be.
