Piano lessons will develop skills such as working well with others, communicating effectively, learning and speaking a new language, and how to gain confidence through performance. e they interact with. Beginning Piano is given to ages 8+ with the addition of music theory and sight reading training, in increments of 30 minutes only. Voice lessons are a way for each individual to find their own unique sound which they can develop using proven healthy vocal technique. Each student has things they love about their sound, and things they wish to address. Because everyone is different, with a different body, age, and coordination, lessons are tailored to each individual and are fashioned to help each student reach their personal musical goals. A classical vocal technique is utilized to block out personal style while working on the breath and vocal coordination and muscle strength. The students can then add their personal style into the performance of songs rather than during warm ups and exercises. This will also enable each student to sing any style of music . Not only will students work on their voice and technique, but they will also work on performance skills, stage presence, musical knowledge, and audition skills. Voice Lessons are granted by audition to ages 15 + in the genres of Classical Voice and Opera, Musical Theater, and Popular/Gospel in increments of 45 minutes for ages 15 – 19, and 50 minutes for 20+.
