Won’t be long now 🌸

This photo is from last spring, a moment in time in early March when the entire plot was in full bloom following our return from our honeymoon. It was like walking into a dream, and a memory I revisit often when things feel cold and colorless. We’re still in winter here, but today, January 15, the field is nearly 75% in bud and the very first of 2025’s flowers will be blooming soon. Pastel snapdragons and fragrant stock, poppies and ranunculus, even the very first confused campanula on sweet shortie stems. Every year is different in its own way. Won’t be long now ❤️

Just popping in to share that we’re still here, and that slowly but surely things are growing right along. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again - while flowers are wonderful, this lush green time of slow quiet growth is my favorite. 🤍

Things are happening and spring is coming fast! The flowers are growing well and right on schedule. This is my favorite time of year, even more than when things are actually blooming. There’s something so beautiful in its simplicity about watching the plants grow, that all this came from a few seeds and a lot of patience. It never gets old for me. I hope you all can appreciate the journey, too ❤️

Gentle reminder that there’s still a few special seasonal goodies hanging around on the website for the holidays and that all online offerings are for local pick up only. Holiday happenings! 💫

Our newsletter went out last Friday and with it some updates about where to find our offerings as we approach the end of the year. Unfortunately, we will NOT be popping up at on the 14th as originally planned (scheduling has been a moving target in my world the last few weeks! 😅) BUT…

Fear not! Since I know many of you have been specifically asking about wreaths, I will be listing a really bright and beautiful selection of seasonal dried floral wreaths (a true celebration of this past year!), garden prints, flower-dyed textiles, ornaments, seeds and more on the farm store for local pick up starting TONIGHT through the weekend. Stay tuned! 🌼💕

2025 Spring Flower CSA is live for the holidays! 🌸

Just my weekly reminder that membership sign-ups for the Spring Flower CSA are open from now until sold out, and availability is becoming more limited. If you’re on the fence, I genuinely encourage you to give it a go! I so love what I do and would enjoy nothing more than to share our local flowers with friends, new and old.

I’m also thrilled to share that weekly pick-ups will take place again this year at the one and only - what’s not to love?! There’s lots of info available on our website, but you can always reach out f directly with any questions 💕

Small Business Saturday 💫

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who supported our small flower business yesterday by signing up for a 2025 Spring Flower CSA membership. We were amazed to see such an outpouring of excitement and anticipation for the spring season, and to say we are feeling more grateful than ever is an understatement. ❤️

Sign ups will remain open through the new year until they sell out - spots are becoming more limited in all 4- and 6- week options. There will be lots of blooms to share though and we can’t wait. Thank you, thank you, thank you for loving the flowers as much as we do. 🌸

Just popping in to share that sign ups for the 2025 Spring Flower CSA are officially LIVE! Similar to last year, there are several 4-week and 6-week options to choose from between March and June.

I can say with confidence that this will be our best, most beautiful spring season yet! There will be limited spots available for each 4- and 6-week membership.
*
With the holidays right around the corner, the Spring Flower CSA makes a great gift to loved ones who enjoy having fresh, local flowers in their homes each week. All offerings are currently up on the online farm store. 💕

Happy Friday, friends. Our newsletter just went out to subscribers with lots of information - below is a quick summary!

The 2025 Spring Flower CSA will officially open for signups the day after Thanksgiving next week on Friday, November 29th at 12 pm. There’s several 4- and 6- week options available for preview on the online farm store now. 🌼
*
We’ve been squirreling away loads of beautiful spring flowers and I am excited to create a selection of unique, seasonal dried floral wreaths for purchase over the next few weeks. These will be listed in the online farm store and first come first served - stay tuned! 💫

We are so excited to share that we are adding a new urban farm plot to our lineup for spring production! Our friend Caitlyn from has generously offered part of her growing space for flowers, which means even more blooms for you all next spring! Thanks, Caitlyn! 💕

Spring loading >>>🌸🌸🌸

Our main plot is almost completely planted out for early spring flowers (holding off on finishing until after the rainy stretch we’re expecting here tomorrow), and then I’ll be planting lots of flowers at our new plot (a surprise for now! 😉). We do everything by hand, which takes a little longer, but I appreciate the connection that comes from being forced to slow down and touch each seedling as I tuck it into the earth. It grounds me too, and for that I’m grateful.

Window of hope 🌸

With 18 days left in hurricane season, it looks like Florida is in line to receive one more big storm next week. As I contemplate the hundreds of seedlings that need to get in the ground later this week/weekend, I am tired. Hoping the models are wrong and the storm dissolves in the gulf before ever getting started. For now - things look great and the gomphrena is still blooming their happy little heads off. I’ll have all kinds of fun things to share at this weekend! 💕
