The annual conference for CLOC (Corporate Legal Operations Consortium) is a textbook example of how to put attendees first. We once again had the pleasure of overseeing “the big room” at the Bellagio Las Vegas last week, helping to produce an event that truly connected with every Guest.

When AdventHealth told us they’d be partnering with Disney to create a unique ER themed to “Moana” and “Finding Nemo” on Walt Disney World property, we dove in to develop a series of underwater-themed Grand Opening events. Focusing on all five senses, we transformed their ambulance bay into an all-encompassing environment, where even Mickey & Minnie dropped by to say Hi.

When opening a state-of-the-art medical building called “Innovation Tower,” it’s good to be, well, innovative. That was the theme as we brought AdventHealth’s grand tower to life Wednesday, ushering in a whole new level of patient care. We love it when our clients wholeheartedly trust our vision and simply say, “Go for it.”

We had the opportunity this year to elevate Santa’s Arrival at The Mall at Millenia to a whole new level… literally. With a special touch of magic, Guests watched Santa and his sleigh soaring tranquilly through the sky, eventually landing on the mall roof with his lively reindeer. Of course, the real magic came from our behind-the-scenes team members who, despite sky-high challenges, were determined to make jaws drop. They succeeded.

We just produced 6 events in 6 days for AdventHealth, with this photo coming from our Event Manager in Winter Park. On the seventh day, we did not rest, as our holiday events are right around the corner. (We’ll rest in January.)

For the past five months, we’ve been working with Fairmont Hotels and the Make-A-Wish Foundation to create "The Ultimate Kids’ Playhouse," as dreamed up by Make-A-Wish Kids. It’s the centerpiece for a new global partnership between Fairmont and Make-A-Wish. We started by creating “The Ultimate Ideation Session,” turning a meeting room at the Scottsdale, AZ, Fairmont into a kid’s Dream World to help elicit wild and whimsical concepts from Make-A-Wish Kids. From their ideas, the designers built the playhouse. Yesterday, at the San Diego Fairmont, we produced the Grand Opening of that playhouse, which we centered on the theme of enchantment. From tears to cheers, the emotions were palpable. And two wonderful organizations are set to make even more wishes come true!

The theme was Spring. The goal was Fun. That included logos soaring into the sky… Cotton candy styled as flowers… Acrobats defying gravity… a Pianist in a field of faux flowers… and so much more, as we produced the Grand Opening of AdventHealth Winter Garden’s stunning new tower.

Yesterday, we helped create a magical combination of Happy and Healthy as we produced the Groundbreaking for AdventHealth ER at Flamingo Crossings Town Center, soon to provide emergency care to Walt Disney World guests. For the premiere episode, we brought in the most decorated Olympic gymnast in U.S. history, Shannon Miller, along with a live art demo and music for the season. We are officially ready for the holidays!

For the 14th year in a row, we were thrilled Friday to help Santa magically appear at The Mall at Millenia in front of thousands of smiling faces. Part of the fun included the worldwide premiere of something we created exclusively for the event – Swaying Christmas Trees -- powered solely by the performers at the top. It was a truly magical evening.
