Cigar smoking 102 - the measure of a well made cigar. Don't be too much of a hurry to finish your cigar or tap off the ash.

A good smoke/ cigar should last at least an hour, 1 to 2 puffs a minute. Additionally, the longer you have the ash, or the longer the ash, is a tribute to the hands/maker of the cigar.... the longer, the better.....

CAP Digital is working on getting the word out about the soccer matches.

Clube de Regatas do Flamengo will meet Philadelphia Union in an FC Series friendly match at Al Lang Stadium in St. Petersburg, Florida, on the afternoon of January 21. This will be the first friendly for each club in preparation for the 2024 season.

Then it's the return of FC Series events to their traditional January window and the 11th FC Series match at Exploria Stadium.

Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity's Gamma Delta Sigma Chapter Invites You to Attend the "Getting in Good Trouble Awards" Luncheon in Honor of Late Brother John Robert Lewis

Orlando, FL - Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity's Gamma Delta Sigma Chapter is thrilled to announce the 2nd Annual "Getting in Good Trouble Awards" luncheon on June 23, 2023, and is calling on all community members and organizations to become partners for this remarkable event.

This luncheon will honor the legacy of the late Brother John Robert Lewis, US Representative - GA, and recognize members of the Central Florida community who are making a positive difference in the areas of Youth Development, Social Action, Black Business Development, and Education.

The luncheon will also celebrate the Stanley T. Mueller Scholarship recipients and help fund the educational and youth developmental programs provided by the Orlando Sigmas. These programs include the Stanley T. Muller Scholarship, which provides a $2,000 general scholarship for high school seniors from Orange, Osceola, and Seminole counties, the Sigma Beta Club, which focuses on developing wholesome values, leadership skills, and social and cultural awareness through mentorship and engagement with boys ages 8 – 18, and an Orlando-based urban youth sports program that positively engages young people in football and cheerleading as an early youth intervention program.
