1. Have computer proficiency in Microsoft Office 
2. Knowledge in weddings and/or the Hospitality Industry 
3. Demonstrates problem-solving skills, as well as continuous improvement skills 
4. Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills, telephone etiquette skills, and customer service skills. 
5. Ability to be FLEXIBLE with work schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. 
6. Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, make decisions, and change course of action quickly, if necessary. 
7. Demonstrates strong partnering skills and teamwork initiative. 
8. A minimum of 2-3 years of event planning and coordination experience.
9. Has a Wedding Planning or Event Pplanning certification by a recognized program.
10. Has a valid drivers license and their own transportation.
