What a joy it was to witness the love and unity shared between these two incredible souls. Amy and Mario, you filled the air with so much warmth and happiness, and your bubble exit at Saint Demetrius Orthodox Church was nothing short of magical. Watching you walk hand-in-hand through a cascade of shimmering bubbles, surrounded by the love of your family and friends, truly reminded us all of what love is about.

From the heartfelt vows to every beautiful detail, being part of your special day was a dream come true. Seeing the smiles on your faces and the way you both light up around each other has been an absolute inspiration.

As a planner, my top priority is ensuring that every decision made during a hurricane is in the best interest of our clients AND our amazing vendors.

Here’s a few things to consider when an event is approaching during hurricane season:

1. Safety First!
We always assess the situation and prioritize the well-being of everyone involved. Sometimes, postponing or rescheduling is the safest option.
2. Vendors are Family Too!
Vendors need time to care for their families and homes just like anyone else. Understanding and flexibility go a long way.
3. Constant Communication
We keep our clients and vendors informed of any changes and work together to find the best solutions, whether that’s rescheduling, adjusting timelines, or offering alternatives.
4. Have a Backup Plan
Always be prepared with backup dates, indoor options, or even a virtual alternative if necessary!

360 Emotions is a creative company specialized in working with the emotions and the senses. Creating our events as sensorial experiences that become memorable for our clients and their guests.

Our company was created with the purpose of providing authenticity to our clients. The concept is based on generating indicators or fragments from environment scenes or themes that stimulate the senses and trigger the behaviors of automatic reactions and involuntary impulses. This is in response to the needs of survival and reproduction called EMOTIONS, where daily events become an experience, leaving these as memories that impact and last.

We like to be recursive and that is our strategy that allows us to develop flexible solutions for our clients, where we can create events adapted according to their ideas and visions.We create totally immersive and sensory experiences, encouraged by the art, culture and imagination.
