Red Oak Roasting is open for business at the Nekimi ATV / UTV Mud Run come on out and get muddy and support the fire department. Live music, cold beer and of course the best roasted sweet corn around!

We hope Everyone had a safe and fun 4th of July, I must say I've been doing this for a long time and Last Night was the busiest that I've been (Including Sawdust days) The Roaster was Red Hot all day and all night!

I could NOT do it without My Queens Michel Bryson and Kari Brown, You Ladies ROCK! THANK YOU For your hard work and you both make it sooooo much fun its not really work at all!

Now on to the Nekimi Mud run July 10th, Hope to see you all there! Be safe Everyone!
