Wow, time flies! Can you believe it’s been six months already? It’s been an amazing journey since we opened in July, and we’re so excited for what the next year in Owego will bring! In just six months, we’ve helped over 20 brides say “Yes” to their dress, assisted high schoolers with finding the perfect homecoming and prom dresses, and pampered brides and bridal parties from head to toe. We’ve fitted bridesmaids, mothers, and family members for their special day, and so much more!

It’s truly been a family effort – from redecorating and painting our Holiday Showcase Window (by the way, voting ends this week!) to getting ready for an upcoming entrepreneurial bootcamp to help us continue growing and serving you better.

To celebrate our wonderful brides and all of the milestones we’ve reached, we’ve created this special shadow box! Keep an eye out for your name in the hearts – we love remembering all of you who helped us get here! 🥰

Fun fact: Our business is co-owned by my father, a proud Marine veteran! He proposed to my mother while serving overseas in Japan, and the Japanese art of kintsugi inspired our name, Golden Seam.

Today, we honor and thank all veterans for their service and sacrifice. Both sides of my family have a rich history of military service across multiple branches, and we’re deeply grateful for all who dedicate their lives to protecting our country. ❤️
