This was a partial planning client. I collaborated closely with the bride’s mother throughout most of the wedding planning process. Looking back through our many emails, it’s clear how much we spoke and how specific she was about the vendors she wanted for her daughter’s big day.
Ensuring that the wedding day runs smoothly is always my priority.
Crafting the timeline requires a lot of thought. I have to carefully coordinate with each vendor while managing the responsibilities of my staff.
On the day of, I’m constantly messaging in a group text, assigning a team member to the wedding party, and setting up so I can efficiently move between the ceremony, reception, and cater to everyone’s needs.
In the end, a well-executed day isn’t just the result of one person working tirelessly—it takes a skilled, well-coordinated team, each person fulfilling their role.
It’s important to recognize that great planning doesn’t just happen on the wedding day; it’s the result of careful preparation and skillful ex*****on.
