We opted for a mini photoshoot while sitting at our vendors booth. The 7th Annual PoloXJazz was EPIC! The expansive grounds and venue are the perfect setting and backdrop for a wedding! Oh, and you must serve La Grande Caviar!
What a fabulous event, 7th Annual PoloXJazz, a benefit event, was nothing short of exciting and sublime. The rain didn't stop anything. Fantastic networking, fellowship, vending opportunities and fun. The atmosphere was set for a GRAND time. The celebrity host, The Honorable Judge Mathis was gracious to bless us with a photo. Susan Smallwood and her team produced a magical event. Her personal testimony is empowering and motivational. We sampled her caviar and it is nothing short of divine! You must order La Grande caviar!!! Sponsors, brand ambassadors and vendors created the perfect backdrop to showcase and support. Our business mentorship society for women of color, The B.EPIC Society were honored vendors and B. EPIC Events and Design were proud supporters and sponsors for the event. The ladies in attendance were glamorous and the gentleman were dapper! If you missed it this year, you missed out but I know you will be there next year.....we can't wait!

Multiple angles and one result...BLACK EXCELLENCE! We called this look Black EXCELLENCE due to the mulitple layers of black on black goodness. Creativity wasn't spared either. Check out the dove-tail weaving of the sashes on the black chiavari chairs. Whew!

Check out our stunning Pink Passion tablescape featuring rose gold sequin overlay, ruffled sequin runner, silver candleabra and a mix of white roses, orchid cascade and hydrangea to form the perfect rounded centerpiece, anchored by Crystal votive and candleholder. Rose gold plate Chargers were accompanied by single knotted rose gold satin napkins.

Our vision... creme de la creme of event design for our B. EPIC Soft Launch at Cherry Hill Ballroom, College Park, Maryland on April 02, 2023. This design was entitled "The Cherry Blossom, and featured hanging pink flower buds, set at an estate style table. Complete with gold feather chargers and fuscia napkins with gold bling napkin rings. Guests senses were invigorated with green velvet floor length linens.
