Thank you to Bath County EMS for allowing us to once again cater your Christmas Dinner. For this dinner we done smoked pulled pork, smoked chicken, smoked mac and cheese, smoked green beans, potato salad, buns, rolls and beverage dispensers. For desert we made Oreo dirt cake and banana pudding.

Get ready Owingsville, we are gonna be setup at the Bath County Agriculture Center located at 2914 US-60 East for the Holiday Market event this Saturday. It's been a while since we have sold at a public event, we have been extremely busy with our other jobs and family. We will be selling BBQ from 11am-2pm. Stay tuned for our BBQ menu to be posted. We knocked out two weddings back to back over the weekend!!!

Congratulations to Wayne and Haley Mays. This was the first wedding to cater this past Friday. We catered homemade BBQ at their wedding located at the Olde Barn at Sunset Acres off of Springfield Rd.

Congratulations to Garrett and Lisa Reed. This was our second wedding to cater this past Saturday. We also catered homemade BBQ to their wedding in the Red River Gorge area located in Stanton KY.

As always thank you all for choosing us to cater your wedding and being apart of a very special day. We sincerely hope you all enjoyed everything.

I would also like to give a special thanks to Brashten McNabb over at The Quary Tent & Event Rentals and her mother Starla Crisp for helping take care of catering Saturday!

We are going to be doing a "Hot Dog Bar" tomorrow for lunch for Bath County Schools Staff appreciation. We will be in front of Owingsville Elementary School and start selling at 11am. Guaranteed best hot dog in Owingsville or your money back. This Hot Dog Bar will feature smoked chili dog sauce and a big list of condiments. Our Hot Dogs will be wood grilled so come on out tomorrow and grab lunch. We have been extremely busy catering and have not had time to sell publicly. Menu posted below.

We had a great day at the Valentines Trade Day event in Owingsville. The beef brisket went first then everything else started to follow. We sold our last slices of smoked bologna for one price and called it a day. Thanks to everyone for coming out and supporting us and the other vendors today. As always I hope everyone enjoyed their food.
