We're opening another wheel of Cypress Grove's Midnight Moon. It's a goat cheese that's been aged for at least a year resulting in a cheese with a nutty and brown-buttery flavor. This artisanal Gouda-style cheese has a beautiful pale, ivory color. The texture is firm and dense and the taste is smooth with a slight graininess that long aged cheese's have. One customer recently described it as "smooth on the inside, and paradise on the outside."

Ask for a sample. You must try this.

New arrival! Sottocenere al Tartufo translates "under ash" for this ash rubbed semi-soft cows milk cheese. It is rubbed and then aged with nutmeg, coriander, cinnamon, licorice, cloves, and fennel. The delicate and aromatic paste is laced throughout with slivers of black truffle.

New arrival! Blue Ledge Farm Middlebury Blue, and Camembrie.

Middlebury Blue is a raw cows milk blue, made with Ayrshire milk from a neighboring farm in Vermont. Aged 60 days,it is both creamy and crumbly and dare we say "town meets gown", that unique experience when good earthy Vermont grit meets smooth high brow academia with nothing short of poetic results.

Stay tuned, and we will talk more cheese (and just wait to see what we will do with that Camembrie)!

Izzn't Cheese Lovely?
Cypress Grove's Humboldt Fog is a beautiful soft ripe goat cheese with a distinctive layer of edible vegetable ash. The cream line develops as it ripens and becomes a buttermilk-y creamy experience with a citrus finish. take some out and let it be for an hour, let it get runny, and just go at it with some good bread or crisps.

Hi All,

I know that we are 'new' to town, but I just want to thank those that came out and made a purchase today. We are not the Isador's offering all the food things you have come to love just yet, but, try something from our limited menu while Little Izza's is here, and I will be forever grateful you did!

Little Izza's is open this weekend from 11 - 5 both days and will sneak in some of those Isador's favorites.

Thank you for your patience as we run open, training, and re-staffing. This is an unprecedented time for the entire food-service business, but I'm sure we will overcome it by thinking positively. -J

It's Friday, and we have Cypress Grove "Midnight Moon". It's a blushing, ivory colored goat cheese that's nutty and brown buttery up front with a long caramel finish. It is aged for at least 6 months, and develops protein crystals, much like a Gouda. Swing by for some. We are here until 5. 🧀🧀🧀
