Hello lovelies! I know that it's been a while since I've posted, but I just wanted to make a quick post. I have been working on an event over the last 2 weeks for a client who said they were planning a surprise anniversary party for their parents. Unfortunately, I have had to fire this client due to lack of communication and their refusal to pay for deposits. I had to reach out to all of the vendors that I had gotten information from and cancel with them. This was a tough thing for me to do, and this is a tough post to make. I am grateful for the opportunity to do the research and to talk to vendors around MS. So going forward, I will need to charge a small consultation fee. I hate to do so, but depending on the services you require will determine the amount. Nothing outrageous, I promise! This was a learning experience for me, and I'm excited to work on future events!

If you cannot tell by the pictures, Presley and Seth's love is literally magnetic! I have known Seth since we were babies and even though I've only known Presley truly for a few months, you would know that they were made for each other just by talking to them! I absolutely loved working with them and getting to make sure their big day was everything that they have ever dreamed of! Happy one month married, you two!!

I'm a huge movie buff and I have seen every single one of these happen in shows & movies lol These are definitely good tips to keep in mind when selecting planners and vendors. Rough schedules are usually set weeks in advanced in order to know when everyone needs to be there so that the day can go off without a hitch. Things can happen, but there is always a backup plan. The planner's main job is to help make sure the best day of your life is also one of the least stressful. Not everything you read is true, the same goes for the things that you see on film. Happy Friday, loves!🥰

Happy (a little over)one year anniversary to the Speights! I am so happy that y'all trusted me to do the flowers for your wedding! Alyssa and James were unable to host their dream wedding last year due to Covid, so they did so this year to celebrate one year with their friends and family. On top of that, they got to announce that they were expecting to them as well. I'll tell you, that was one of the biggest secrets for me to keep because I was so excited for my sweet high school friend and her love! Congratulations!!
"Working with Kimberly was great! She was flexible and easy to work with. She listened to us and put what we envisioned into reality; we wanted something classic and minimalistic and felt that she really displayed that for our reception venue. I had plenty of compliments about how beautiful my bridal bouquet was! I'd reccomend her work for any bride searching for a decorator and/or florist!"
The first photos are from their beautiful photographer, the last few I took myself. The centerpiece for the sweetheart table was one of their big requests, they wanted something elegant that stood out. It was something that I really enjoyed creating and playing with and so glad that they got to take it home to enjoy for a little longer themselves. The centerpieces for the guests tables were a mix of bouquets and floating candles. I felt that this would really bring their dream to life.
