LOREE’S FINE FOOD COOKING CLASSES ARE STARTING AGAIN!
Once again, LOREE’S FINE FOOD’s lively, informative – and hands-on - classes will be held at the Newtown Community Center.
The first class, CHARCUTERIE BOARDS, is on September 17, 2024, and begins this year’s fabulous lineup. In this class you’ll learn the basics of assembling the right combination of ingredients to prepare a show-stopping savory or sweet board. Aside from being the best option for a make-ahead appetizer, a charcuterie board is a terrific house or holiday gift.
On October 16, just in time for the holidays, is the THANKSGIVING FOR EVERYONE! Class. This class will give you a jump-start on preparing recipes suitable for all your friends and family, with vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and carnivore options. And as a special treat, class participants will share samples of LOREE’S FINE FOODS popular holiday pies.
The November12, SOUPS ON! class Is back by popular demand. This year you’ll be working on three variations of chicken soup, a hearty vegetarian, and a stress-free version of the trending ramen bowls.
And on Dec 11, is the KITCHEN HACKS class. With so many years in the food business, Chefs Loree and Sue will share some of their favorite kitchen hacks - everything from foolproof over easy eggs to super simple add-ons for your holiday parties. Bring your favorite knife and, as a Holiday gift, LOREE’S FINE FOODS we’ll sharpen it for you just in time for the holidays.
