Good evening everyone! Hope this evening finds everyone well 😊 It is with a heavy heart that I announce that I will no longer be catering. Life is taking me a different direction and I want to embrace it with everything I have. It has been my absolute privilege and pleasure to provide my catering services to all those who loved my food. Thank you to for allowing me to make the food for their annual Pirates 🏴‍☠️ Party! It was truly a pleasure and a great time! Had fun creating the menu which included Pineapple Rum Chicken Breast, Caribbean Style Rice, Sweet Plantains and Cucumber and Tomato Salad. Till next time 😁

Yesterday I made Lasagna with Garlic Toast and added some wafer packs for the homeless veterans I make meals for. I was also asked if I could provide food for them today, so I cooked them My version of Cuban Arroz con Pollo/Chicken and rice with Plátanos Maduros/Sweet Plantains and a dinner roll 😃 Happy Marine Corps Birthday Marines and a Happy Early Veterans Day!! Our amazing Veterans who are homeless feel our love 5 days a week. How? Meals like this one goes through our teams’ hands to feed and enCOURAGE vets and their kids to move along into a new home 🏡. 286 housed to date!! Thank you at 3C’s Catering & Canteen for this meal. Delivered this delightful selection of yumminess to a small corporate event today. Churrasco w/ chimichurri sauce (on the side), Guava BBQ baked chicken, smashed potatoes, roasted zucchini and yellow squash, mix greens salad with cucumbers, tomatoes, almonds, cranberries, feta and dijon lemon dressing, assorted cookies and brownies 😁 Now start the preparations for Saturday’s Halloween Party!
