Giving each other energy is how we support one another as we go through difficult challenges. Sometimes people just need silence and a witness. Sometimes, people want noise. FAST FORWARD FOR A FLAMING BOARD BREAK! In the seminar shown, we did some Self reflection by outlining what the highest version of ourselves looked like. We also spent some time thinking about our goals. Then we wrote those characteristics and those goals on our boards and broke through them. Stay tuned for videos of the participants!

LOVE THIS POWERFUL WOMAN! Dory was the host for our Firewalk in North Carolina where we came to help celebrate the graduation of a class of students from the 500 hr yoga teacher training at @y2yoga ! The arrow break was the first of the breakthrough experiences they conquered on the way to their Firewalk! We also broke flaming boards, bent steel rebar between our throats, and walked a flaming coal bed that evening.. Y2 yoga board breaking seminar
Here we have one of our favorite experiences. Breaking through barriers is a big theme in everyone’s journey and it’s important to symbolize these barriers in a physical way. The board break provides a PHYSICAL barrier with your specific blockages written in your hand on the board. Then, we light board on fire. Then, you break that board. Then we throw that board into the fire. Then we walk over those coals. Over our blockages to our destiny!
