Happy New Year's everyone...I hope everyone is ready to make some delicious food this year to share with your friends and family. If there's anything you'd like me to cook let me know cause I'm always down for a challenge. Puerto Rican style!

I started this year off with a simple Crock-Pot recipe for you to play with. As always have fun and keep the Passion alive.

"JAMBALAYA"

(Ingredients)

•Chicken 🍗
•Shrimp 🦐
•Catfish 🐟
•Hot Links 🌭
•Onions 🧅
•Peppers (red/green/yellow)
•Jalapeño & Serrano 🌶️
•Corn🌽
•Carrots 🥕
•Potatoes 🥔
•Tomatoes 🍅

Spice it up to your liking.
I used Ragu and all my seasonings and just plain white rice on the side. Amazing dish any day of the week. Put the shrimp in last.
