We had a great time in Jacksonville last week for the and the Jacksonville SAME Industry Day! We had the opportunity to represent two different clients at this event. Huge thanks to ETC and Gulf Coast Energy Network for allowing us partner with you both! We even got to end the three days with a golf tournament, which unfortunately had some crazy weather! We love continuing to grow in the community!

We had an amazing time in New Orleans last week at the National SAME SBC conference! We set up and manned the booth for Testing & Consulting! Huge thanks to ETC for giving us the opportunity to work with them at this level. From picking out the booth location ( with over 1000 booths it’s a big decision), to coming up with the theme, setting everything up and being in the booth for the show- we did it all! The ETC team got to network, and truly experience the conference. It was definitely a worthwhile opportunity for us, and hopefully for them!

🚀 Last week Soaring Eagles Concierge Event Services had the epitome of working hard playing hard with the pleasure of being in NOLA for Superbowl 59 fun and festivites the and National 8(a) Small Business Conference in New Orleans! We were excited to join industry leaders at this pivotal event, where federal agencies are sharing critical insights into upcoming policy changes and their impact on small businesses. With recent executive orders prompting a review of federal programs, this conference is the perfect opportunity to stay ahead of the curve. 🔹 Key topics included: ✅ Updates on federal funding programs, grants, and contracts ✅ Insights into federal agency reviews and policy shifts ✅ Strategies to position businesses for success amid changes The week has been particularly thrilling as we worked and played, with Super Bowl 59 taking place right here there in the Big Easy!! We also had the pleasure of connecting with some amazing professionals who are now friends. including Josefina Menendez - Rosa with Menendez Group , Juan Herrada with Dawson, Bill Laurie, Kerwyn King with King Consultants Wendell Troy, and Ruthie and Meredith with 2KB, just to make a few. Of course we made new friends, Will and Mark also with Dawson and a shout out to Thaddeus, Jimmy and James with the Army Corp who had us in stitches at the Port of Call. It’s always inspiring to meet industry leaders who are making an impact! A special thank you to Eddie Gray and his sister Alicia for their warm hospitality—we truly appreciate yall!
