Just a friendly reminder to our clients/future clients:
We do not work on the weekends: Saturdays are either our off days or “production” days if we have an event, Sundays are also our off days unless we have an event. We will work the events that are scheduled those days, but we do not edit on these days, if no events are scheduled we are spending much needed time with our family. We are also off on all recognized federal holidays.
We try to reach out as best as possible during emergencies, if we don’t please be patient with us.
For wedding pictures: we require 60 business days to send those final albums
For wedding/music videos: we require 90 business days to send those final albums
We DO NOT charge for editing hours, just the hours we are at event/photoshoot/music video shoot. That’s why we don’t offer refunds because if we work full events, we have to be paid for our time there because that is all we charge for. We only charge for editing hours if we have to do extensive work or require a resource we don’t already have to put certain effects, music, etc in the media if requested at the time of contract discussion.
Please be reminded that SIGNED contracts are due within 48 hours of receiving, we are at discretion of cancelling your event, withholding media, or a delay in editing media until we receive the SIGNED contract (ALL PAGES MUST BE SENT NOT JUST THE PAGES YOU SIGN). We will start requiring new clients to initial each page of the contract. This contract MUST be sent electronically or turned over in person during a face-to-face meeting.
Please also note that if any extra requests are made after the initial contract is signed, a new contract will be made and may require Prewitt Media Ky to prolong the final album/video delivery.
Prewitt Media Ky runs off the scheduled itinerary that the client(s) provide us for the event, that’s why we like to attend rehearsals if possible so we can get a better feel what’s going to happen on your event day. If this changes, Prewitt Media Ky requires the client(s) to notify us immediately!! We understand emergencies that happen in the moment but if the client(s) decide to change it on their own, it must be relied to Prewitt Media Ky. This is an important factor in our work due to camera positioning, we will not stop an event just to adjust camera angles or positioning, that is the client(s) responsibility to stop or pause their event if this happens due to miscommunication or a change in events. If the client(s) wish for Prewitt Media Ky to keep the event on track, make sure everyone is positioned correctly, stop/pause the event, etc. they are required to sign a day of coordinator contract with Prewitt Media Ky and pay the fees that follow the requirements for your event needs. Small reminders about the schedule the client(s) provide do not require a day of coordinator contract or fee to be paid.
