THE NEXT COURSE: Elevated Game Day Eats: Cooking Demo and Wine Pairing
Join us for a fun and informative cooking class where we’ll ditch the chips and dip (well, maybe not completely 😉) and elevate your game day spread with gourmet versions of your favorite snacks!
We’ll create a delicious menu, including:
* Truffle Mac n Cheese Bites
* Prosciutto & Mozzarella Sliders with Pesto & Confit Heirloom Tomato Spread
* Spinach, Artichoke & Crab Dip Tartlets
* Caramel Corn Clusters
* Balsamic Glazed Wings with Pear, Toasted Walnuts & Blue Cheese Dip
But it’s not just about the food! We’ll also learn how to perfectly pair each dish with a delicious wine, taking your game day experience to the next level.
