With that said, we know Christmas is right around the corner and we always do a similar deal on Christmas Day. Unfortunately, we will not be in town this year on Christmas Day. 2023 Year Review
As 2023 comes to a close, I wanted to take a few minutes and reflect on this year…
First, I want to thank the Almighty Lord. He does wonders and with His trust, His plan will prevail.
Second, I want to thank my wife. Erica and I both work steady careers away from barbecue; long hours, active family and she’s active in local volunteering. Often our scheduled days off we switch to barbecue mode spending most of our time-off around barbecue demands. Our downtime tends to be very short keeping up with everyday life. With that said, I am lucky to have such a supportive wife through this journey.
Third, thank you to my family and friends. I truly am thankful for them. Their unwavering support from various perspectives is genuinely appreciated. I am truly honored and grateful for the continued support we have received through so many angles. I am also deeply grateful for our amazing staff; dedicated, hardworking, and compassionate folks. Your sacrifices in supporting us when needed are truly appreciated.
