Parowan, Utah – Meri Brown announced the grand opening of Lizzie's Heritage Inn, located in Parowan, Utah. This quaint bed & breakfast carries the name of her great-grandmother. Built in 1870 by Meri's great-great-grandparents, this was a family home for four generations, but was eventually sold out of the family. A more than 20-year dream of Meri's was to bring the home back into the
family and t

hrough a recent chance meeting, a unique opportunity presented itself and this dream was realized. Brown, a Las Vegas resident, is focused on creating a comfortable and welcoming environment where guests
can get away and relax, or enjoy the local national parks and nearby ski resort. “I am so excited and beyond blessed to have had the chance to bring this home back into the family where it belongs. I have had so much fun redecorating it with my great-grandmother's things, items that she made and created and can now be on display in her old home. Time to say goodbye....
If only for a moment....

This beautiful 154 year old home is in need of some tlc and needs some renovation, so I've made the decision to shut down the b&b for regular visits.

At this point, I don't know how long it will be closed, I suppose that all depends on what ends up happening as we go through the process!

We will still have special events where you can come see the home, so be sure to pay attention to the website for that info!

But for now, enjoy these photos of what 'was' and look forward with me to what will be! I've got some fun and exciting things planned for these spaces! The next little while will be filled with fun and anticipation, and I'm excited for what's to come!

February 14th holds a special place in the history of this beautiful home and our beloved family. 💖 It's the day Sarah Adams, one was born back in 1847! It was eventually in 1870, just after her 23rd birthday, that Sarah and her husband Charles, built and moved into this very home. On this special day, we celebrate Sarah's birthday and express our heartfelt gratitude for gifting us with this incredible home and a timeless legacy of love! 💕
